Effective from January 2018, the International Money Transfer Statement Issue Fee has been revised as follows. We ask for your kind understanding and continued patronage.

For your future reference, we advise that you save an image of your ATM receipts and print out your proof of remittance by using the International Money Transfer App.
1.When you send money using the "Mobile Remit sa 'Pinas' Service with BDO Unibank", you can download, save and print the statement of your remittance transactions from the App for FREE.
2.About International Money Transfer Service with Western Union.
ⅰ) About storing the image of your ATM receipts through International Money Transfer App
Save the image of your ATM receipts using International Money Transfer App by following the steps below.
- a) Press the "Money Transfer Organizer" button
- b) "Take a photo"
You can also specify the year of remittance statement with which you want to download.

ⅱ) About acquisition of your money transfer statement through Direct Banking Service
You can acquire the statements from the “International Money Transfer Service” menu when you log into Direct Banking Service (Online Banking) at the Seven Bank website.
(Free of charge).
Please note:
Direct Banking Service only allows you to keep record of your remittance for a 3 month period. For transactions older than 3 months, please contact the Customer Center.
3.About reissuance of International Money Transfer Statement
If you would like to request a reissue of International Money Transfer Statement, please contact our Customer Center.
