- *1 As of Sunday, October 17, 2021, we discontinued the acceptance of applications for the Paper Statement Mailing Service. If you currently use this service, you will continue to be able to use the service from Monday, October 18, 2021, onward.
- *1 If you apply for the "Paper Statement Mailing Service," the Paper Statement Mailing Service Fee will be automatically debited from your account on the 2nd of each month. If the Paper Statement Mailing Service Fee cannot be debited from the customer's account, that month's statement will not be mailed.
- *2 The periodic issue fee (330 yen per copy) will be debited from the ordinary deposits on the 10th day of the month following the issue month.If the date of debiting falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the fee will be debited on the next business day.

Accounts which will have not been in use for two years or more from the last transaction (deposit/withdrawal), except in the following cases:
- - the balance is 10,000 yen or more (including time deposits); or
- - the account is covered by a loan service agreement.
The first withdrawal of the unused account management fee will be made on or after April 1, 2024.
